Thursday morning drills:

Warm up: 5K (24m)

Squat:
2x 6x 20K Warm up
2x 4x 30K
2x 4x 35K
2x 4x 40K

Benchpress:
1x 20x 20K warm up
2x 4x 25K
2x 4x 30K
2x 4x 32.5K

FCT
2x 20x 20k
2x 20x 25K
2x 20x 27.5K

Barbell Push
2x 10x 20K
2x 10x 20K

200 Abs
100 Push ups
100 Back

2x bridge
Stretch
