Back Off Strength day

Which is quite odd.. as I still find it pretty hard 🙂

Back OFF
* Handstand push ups (3.3.3.3)
* Pull Ups (5.5.5.5)
* Pistols (5.5.5.5)
* One arm push ups (L: 4.5.5.5/ R: 3.4.5.5)
* Glute ham raises (3.3.3.5)
* Triceps extensions (5.3.6.3)
In Total 4 sets, reps in () –

Finisher: 1K fast paced
Pull ups seems better, pistols got better along the way. Glute ham and triceps extensions still very hard. Finisher killed me!

20 x 50 meter sprints
