Strength #4 this evening:

* 2 Double DB split snatch (20 kg barbel)
– 3 reps, 5 sets –
* 2 double push press (2 x 10 kg)
– 3 reps, 5 sets –

* One arm push ups
– super set with –
* Medicine ball throws
* 10 DB lunges (2 x 14 kg)
* 10 lunge jumps
– 5 reps, 4 sets –

Finisher:
3 x 15 double DB swings (1: 10 kg, 2: 9 kg, 3: 8 kg)
