First run in weeks. No need to write it was both hard and refreshing – and I’m stoked to run again. And to run all 5 lakes and thereby completing the almost 8K, was just plain nice. When we got home we decided to do the Sweet 16 – just substitute the heavy bag work with burpees and throw in some crunches.

– All Tabata style, each drill 4 min. of 20 sec work, 10 sec break –
Skipped Muay Thai class again /sad, but – then I’ll be more hungry next week! This week I definitely feel better, but every time I pressed myself – on the sprints and weight drills, I just get pain attacks. Hopefully it’s all back to normal next week.
