A day late, but G – I’m feeling shitty these days, so this is best way for me to cope.

Core #3 – quite simple wo:

* 5 TGU (Turkish get ups) 5 pr side – 10 kg db
* 6 Deadlift twists 6 pr side – 24 kg db
* 15 V-Ups

Set repeated 5 times
Finishing off with plank – No more, no less
